It is commonly known as “Gotu kola, Asiatic pennywort, Indian pennywort, Indian water navelwort, wild violet, and tiger herb”, has medicinal value. It is a tropical plant that has been successfully cultivated for It has a long history of use in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, including in Turkey.
It grows in wet, marshy areas at an altitude of over 700 meters. The biological properties of Centella Asiatica make it an ideal source of stem cells. It is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and contains skin lightening abilities.
