A. Shipping and delivery policies

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

We cover almost every pincode throughout India and all orders of Rs 500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 if your total order value is less Rs. 500.

How Can I track my order?

We dispatch most orders within 24 working hours (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order from your package’s tracking number through courier company’s website.

How are the products packaged at LAASMO?

Each product in your order is packed with decency by the skilled labour. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

B.returns, cancellations & exchanges

What is your Online Return Policy?

  • We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy. [ (make a return policy link )
  • Step 1 –
    • Raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong /incomplete or expired product(s).
      • Please raise a request here( return link ) with order and contact details
      • You can also raise a request with us using the email info@laasmo.com
    • Step 2 – Give us 48 working hours to review your return request.
    • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
    • Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges in your Wallet.
    • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, our quality control team will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Miss match delivered.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Incomplete order – missing products.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation before shipment: You may cancel your order by going to your Account section and clicking on cancel order. Cancellation post shipment: Please contact our email info@laasmo.com

How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy to understand whether your order is eligible for a return. For per-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be canceled within 24 hours of cancellation and displayed as per your bank guidelines which is usually within 10 business days. In transit orders cannot be canceled and for all delivered orders, we do not consider return requests unless the order is eligible in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Do you maintain inventory/stock of your own?

Shiprocket maintains all the inventory/stock.

Do you have formal tie-ups with any supplier or manufacturer for sourcing products?

Yes, we have formal tie-ups with suppliers or manufacturers for sourcing products

What is the delivery timeline of the products sold to the customer?

Delivery generally takes 2-7 working days to deliver to the customer.
